AT&T Store

What a pleasant surprise. I'm not a fan of AT&T stores, but this one had pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Big shout out to Nathaniel, a great asset to this business.

I went to this store day after Christmas which I know isn’t always when people want to be working. I had gotten a new phone and needed assistance on how to set up eSim after trying to do it myself. They told me their Wi-Fi was down and that they couldn’t do anything. I proceeded to ask if they knew how to put on a screen protector that I had bought from there and they responded that they couldn’t do anything cause of the internet. They were rude and trying to rush us out. Saying that I should just be able to do it myself after I explained i had tried and just needed extra assistance.I also think it weird that an internet provider store doesn’t have internet but they are still open.

Savannah was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help me get moved over to AT&T! She even went with me to the other store to help me get my information from my carrier. I can't put into words how grateful I am! Anthony was super nice and helpful as well! I always know I can rely on the team at Morrilton.

yes yes yes! best store ever :D, everyone is super nice super understanding and super fast! customer service is top tier! Chelsey is a sweetheart, she makes every visit so much easier, I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking to switch to AT&T

I visited the AT&T Store in Morrilton, AR on August 24, 2021 and had the privilege of meeting Latonda W. She was absolutely amazing! She provided one of the very best, most exceptional customer service experiences I've ever had. I wasn't looking forward to my visit, but once there, I must say that Latonda made me really enjoy it and actually want to return and share my positive experience with others! Latonda truly IS what customer service should be! I can't thank you, enough, Latonda!
